When you visit us, there are three phases of chiropractic care your body will go through on the road to better health and wellness. Our staff will take the time to ensure you understand the process every step of the way.

Phase 1: Relief Care

Our goal is to reduce your current pain as much as possible and as soon as possible. Once your pain and discomfort is relieved, we can then begin the next phase where we address the injury and underlying condition causing the pain. This phase may take 4 to 12 weeks with visits two to three times a week, depending on injury severity.

Phase 2: Corrective and Restorative Care

In this phase, we focus on correcting issues with your muscles and other tissues to prevent further injury and discomfort. These corrections address the underlying causes of your pain so that your pain will not return. This phase may last 6 to 24 months with visits four to eight times a month for care and adjustments.

Phase 3: Wellness Care

Once your body has fully healed, periodic chiropractic adjustments are needed to avoid future problems and maintain your overall health and wellness. Depending on your lifestyle and overall goals, this may require visits to our office one to four times a month. We will also help you develop routines and a healthy diet for continued wellness.
